Returns and exchanges are accepted if the item is in it’s original condition with receipt and tags attached. Returns are accepted for store credit only.

Please include copy of original invoice.
Exchanges will only be accepted if received within 10 days of original order date.
All sale items or special orders are a final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted. Final sale also includes swimwear and accessories…(jewelry, belts, hats, scarves, handbags, bathing suits, towels and beauty products).
Shipping fees will NOT be credited for returns or exchanges.
Returns sent back to us within 10 days of receipt will receive a merchandise credit. Your credit may be used for future orders from capitolabeachcompany.com. An individual merchandise credit code will be issued to you via e-mail with instructions on how to redeem it.

WE WILL NOT ISSUE A STORE CREDIT or REFUND UNTIL AFTER YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND PROCESSED.
