Orders placed Monday – Friday will begin processing the next business day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 3 business days pending availability and credit card verification. We do not ship to multiple address per order.

INTERNATIONAL:

At this time, we are not accepting international orders.

Sales Tax:

Capitola Beach Company is required by law to charge sales tax on items shipping to California.

RETURN POLICY:

Returns and exchanges are accepted if the item is in it’s original condition with receipt and tags attached. Returns are accepted for store credit only.

  • Please include copy of original invoice.
  • Exchanges will only be accepted if received within 10 days of original order date.
  • All sale items or special orders are a final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted. Final sale also includes swimwear or accessories…(jewelry, belts, hats, scarves, handbags, bathing suits, towels and beauty products).
  • Shipping fees will NOT be credited for returns or exchanges.

Returns sent back to us within 10 days of receipt will receive a merchandise credit. Your credit may be used for future orders from  capitolabeachcompany.com. An individual merchandise credit code will be issued to you via e-mail with instructions on how to redeem it. WE WILL NOT ISSUE A STORE CREDIT or REFUND UNTIL AFTER YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND PROCESSED.
